Job Responsibilities:      
4 Reporting to Sr.Executive T & D, the major job responsibilities are to assist Sr. Executive T & D ensuring Training Need Assessment (TNA); plan, design, develop and implement annual training calendar; draw up appropriate training strategy; organize training sessions and arrange resources; maintain skill inventory; manpower development program with an objective to updating individual knowledge and skills to meet the short term and long term requirements of the company.
   
Educational Requirement
4 The candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in large and reputed manufacturing companies.
   
Experience Requirements
4 2+ years of working experience in the related field.
   
Additional Job Requirements
4 ? PGD in HR or Personnel Management ? Interpersonal and communication skill, ? Good command over language ? both Bangla and English ? Computer literacy
