Job Responsibilities:      
4 Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Merchandising (Key Accounts) the major responsibilities are to: 1. Follow-up an order from product development to shipment 2. Make liaison with buyers, sub-contractor and suppliers 3. Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter department activities. 4. Monitor activities from sampling, development to shipment stage. 5. Gather information relating to the customer reaction to products 6. Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes 7. Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers 8. Workout the consumptions and order all the materials to suppliers within stipulated time frame 9. Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur 10. Ensure that all the deadlines/milestones of an order process are met 11. Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time
   
Educational Requirement
4 Tertiary education on garments, merchandising, marketing or other related field
   
Experience Requirements
4 3+ years experience in garment industry
   
Additional Job Requirements
4 ? Conversant with handling US and Europe based customers ? Should have hands-on experience on Customer Relation Management, Product & Business Development as well as Vendor Management ? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
