Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to Group HR, the responsibilities are to: 1. Provide necessary inputs for formulating and implementing the employee relations strategy and policies. 2. Hold discussion with other business and enabling functional key management staff to resolve various employee relations? issues and provide expert advises. 3. Assess trend and pressure of country and company Industrial Relations environment and produce necessary reports. 4. Assist Head of Group HR in holding discussions with local employee committees as and when required on various local issues to maintain congenial industrial relations throughout the company. 5. Sustain congenial work atmosphere and improve relationship between all categories of employees and the management. 6. Coordinate staff recreational and welfare activities and monitor the same with the locations. 7. Provide necessary inputs for monitoring recruitment and selection policy of The Group. 8. Take up all the necessary steps to recruit and select right candidates within the right time frame as per recruitment and selection policy and manpower plan. 9. Ensure and monitor Performance Management as per group?s policy and standard and assist all concerned to practice the performance appraisal process by preparing and updating necessary documents as and when required within allotted time. 10. Assist Head of Group HR in HR planning, including manpower planning, environmental scanning and forecasting 11. Carry out HR Information Provisioning (budgeting, quarterly report, EMC inputs, manpower plan) as and when required by Head of HR; 12. Maintain relationship with business units and enabling functions for meeting their day to day HR services needs. 13. Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development. 14. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace. 15. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Educational Requirement

The candidate will possess a tertiary qualification
Experience Requirements
4
6+ years of working experience in the related field in large and reputed manufacturing companies, preferably in textile/apparels sector
Additional Job Requirements
4
? PGD in HR or Personnel Management ? Course on Industrial Relations ? Adequate knowledge on Labour Laws ? Excellent inter-personal and communication skill ? Computer literacy
